The item broke for no good reason, aka a manufacturing defect. Tell us what happened and we will set you up with a replacement. Manufacturing defects generally appear within the first few weeks of ownership. Be sure to send in a short video showing the defect for quality assurance purposes.
Now for the fun part.... Once your claim is complete, we will send you a original replacement. Please note: we do not offer monetary reimbursement for warranties.
