Please contact us for the return instructions. We only accept returns on brand-new unapplied skins. We will refuse returns when items have been used or removed from the backing paper. All returns must be completed within 2 weeks of delivery. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. We do not accept returns for international orders due to long transit time and Custom taxes.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, then we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- There will be a processing fee of $1.50 deducted from the refund amount.
