We only accept returns on brand-new, unused, and unapplied skins. Any skin that has been used, applied, or removed from the backing paper is not eligible for return and will be refused.
All returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery. If you believe your item meets the requirements below, you may go ahead and return it.
- The item must be unused, unapplied, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
- If your package was shipped with USPS and the mailer/package has not been opened, you may take it to any USPS location and refuse the package for a free return to sender.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds returned to the original payment method are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- If you choose store credit instead, the 5% restocking fee will be waived.
- A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
